Axia Growth LLC — Effective: March 31, 2026 · Last Updated: March 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Axia Growth LLC (“Axia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our services and our website at axiagrowth.com. This policy applies to all Axia service tiers and covers two categories of individuals: our clients (the companies that engage us) and prospects (business contacts we reach out to on behalf of our clients).

Axia is a B2B outbound lead generation agency. We do not market to or collect data from consumers. All data we process relates to business contacts in a professional capacity.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information About Clients

When you engage Axia as a client, we collect:

  • Contact and company information. Name, email address, phone number, company name, title, and business address.
  • Payment information. Payment details processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on our systems. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Onboarding information. Responses to intake forms, acquisition criteria (ideal customer profile, geography, industry, revenue range), calendar availability, and information provided during onboarding calls.
  • Campaign performance data. Metrics related to the campaigns we run on your behalf, including appointment counts, email performance statistics, and call outcomes.

1.2 Information About Prospects

In the course of delivering our services, we collect and process business contact information about prospects — individuals we reach out to on behalf of our clients. This includes:

  • Business contact details. Name, business email address, business phone number, company name, job title, and LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Company information. Industry, estimated revenue range, employee count, and business location.
  • Engagement data. Email opens, clicks, and replies (tracked through our email delivery platform). Call disposition, duration, and outcome (tracked through our dialer platform). AI-classified reply categories.

1.3 Sources of Prospect Data

We source prospect data from:

  • Proprietary data sourcing. We use a combination of tools and methods including Google Maps business data, AI-powered research and enrichment (Perplexity AI, Exa Research, FullEnrich), and public business records.
  • Purchased databases. Commercial B2B data providers.
  • Email verification services. We verify email addresses using MillionVerifier and BounceBan to ensure deliverability and reduce bounced messages.
  • Public sources. Publicly available business directories, websites, regulatory filings, and professional networking platforms.

All prospect data relates to individuals in their professional business capacity. We do not source or use personal consumer data.

1.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit axiagrowth.com, we may collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to improve our website and understand how visitors interact with our content.

We use client information to:

  • Deliver our services, including campaign setup, targeting, and reporting

AI processing is applied to business communications only and is used to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our campaign operations.

Some outbound communications sent on behalf of our clients may be drafted or personalized with the assistance of AI tools. AI-assisted communications are reviewed and sent through our campaign management systems. We do not use fully autonomous AI agents that impersonate specific individuals without human oversight.
