Data Deletion Instructions

If you submitted information to us (for example through our Business Valuation form, a Facebook/Instagram ad, or our website), you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email mike@axiagrowth.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include the name, email, and phone number you submitted so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your contact details, form answers, valuation report, booking records, and associated analytics identifiers held in our CRM and analytics tools (including PostHog). We will also ask service providers that process data for us to delete it, and we stop sending your data to Meta's Conversions API.

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to keep, or minimal information needed to honor your request (e.g., a suppression list so we don't contact you again). If we already shared your information with a buyer you booked a meeting with (e.g., Acquisition Lab or Rejigg), we will tell you so you can contact them directly.

Facebook/Meta data

To remove the Axia Growth app's access to your Facebook data, go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, select Axia Growth, and click Remove. Then email us as above to delete data we hold.
