You don't pay Axia a dollar, whether you take the call, pass, or eventually sell. The buyer covers our cost, not you.

Axia isn't a broker-dealer and doesn't represent you in a negotiation. If a deal requires a licensed broker, that work is done by a properly licensed third party you choose.
