Our pricing has two components: a one-time setup fee ($1,925-$4,925 based on market size) that covers infrastructure, data sourcing, and campaign creation, plus success fees only when qualified appointments show up on your calendar ($350-$650 per appointment based on qualification complexity). You pay nothing beyond setup unless we deliver results. Additionally, if we don't get you 2 qualified appointments in the first 30 days, we refund your entire setup fee.
No. We maintain strict territorial exclusivity within the same target criteria. Once we begin working with a broker in a specific geographic area for a particular type of business, we won't take on competing brokers targeting the same companies for the duration of your campaign. This protects your investment and ensures you're not competing against our own system.
We use hyper-personalized outreach leveraging our '3-minute research' on each company (years in business, Google ratings, recent awards, service specialties). Every email demonstrates genuine knowledge of their business, not generic "want to sell?" messages. Our emails look like you researched each company individually, not mass outreach.
You can split campaigns across multiple verticals if each has sufficient volume (minimum 1,500 companies per campaign). We can prioritize within verticals and exclude any existing clients or prospects you're already working with. Based on our track record you can expect about 1% of your target list to convert to qualified appointments. This is what we see on average and can vary based on your market and qualification criteria. "Qualified" means they meet your pre-defined criteria (geographic area, revenue range, profitability, timeline, etc) and actually show up to the scheduled call. No-shows don't count - we handle rebooking at no charge.
Campaigns run 12 weeks with appointments typically starting within 2-3 weeks. Your only time commitment is taking the qualified calls we book. Our US-based analysts handle all email management, follow-ups, qualification calls, and calendar booking. No long-term contracts. After the initial setup, you only pay for results. While we recommend running the full 12-week cycle for maximum impact, you can pause campaigns based on your pipeline needs. You will be subject to a monthly idle fee if you would like to pause a campaign.

However, we can run buyer searches if you have specific listings requiring attention and can identify buyers with well-defined criteria and sufficient market size (1,000+ target companies).
